Our luggage feature a TSA universal lock, for which only TSA agents have access to the master key. When travelling, TSA screens all baggage that will be loaded onto the plane and occasionally some luggage is inspected further. This would require the TSA to open your luggage, and if fitted with anything other than TSA lock, they will have to break the lock. For this reason it is very important to travel with a TSA approved lock, that gives you that peace of mind.

All of our products come with a 5-year guarantee that protects you from defective materials and parts. This guarantee does not cover destructive damage caused by wear and tear or damage caused by airlines/ or other carriers, or physical damage caused by reasonable wear and tear.

Small – 20-inch suitcase: Typically, a 20-inch suitcase can accommodate around 10 kilograms of luggage.

Medium – 24-inch suitcase: A 24-inch suitcase generally has a weight capacity of approximately 19 kilograms.

Large – 28-inch suitcase: The larger 28-inch suitcase usually has a weight capacity of approximately 28 kilograms.

Our delivery service, Wakilni, typically requires a time frame of 2 to 5 days for delivery, and there is a flat fee of $3 for each delivery.
