Shipping:

3. Shipping Destinations:
We currently ship to addresses within Lebanon. If your location is not included in the available destinations during checkout, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, the tracking information will be directly with the company shipping.

5. Customs and Duties:
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any additional charges incurred for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.


Returns & Exchanges:

1. Eligibility:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you may request a return or exchange within 2 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Return Process:

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds:
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund or exchange as applicable. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and the amount refunded will exclude any shipping charges. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

4. Non-Returnable Items:
